Frequently Asked Questions
Are all vehicles inspected before being sold?
We understand that the biggest concern for customers buying a car from another location is the vehicle's condition. Therefore, we have established a rigorous three-tiered quality inspection system to ensure complete transparency:
First layer: Basic condition screening. We will conduct a preliminary assessment of the vehicle to ensure its clear origin and rule out the possibility of it being a vehicle involved in a major accident, burned, or flooded.
Second layer: Professional equipment testing
- Paint thickness inspection: We use a professional paint thickness gauge to comprehensively measure the thickness of the vehicle's paint, accurately identify and mark any repair marks.
- Mechanical and electronic diagnostics: Connect to a professional diagnostic computer to read vehicle ECU data, check for potential fault codes, and inspect the functions of all critical electronic systems.
- Chassis and engine inspection: Lift the vehicle and carefully inspect the chassis structural components for damage. At the same time, check the engine and transmission for leaks, abnormal noises, or abnormal wear.
The third layer: Final outbound review. Before the vehicle is ready for shipment, our quality inspection team will conduct a final comprehensive review to ensure that the vehicle condition is completely consistent with the inspection report, and take detailed real-time photos and videos for your confirmation.
Can you get more photos of a particular car?
We offer the following methods to obtain more detailed visual information:
1. Schedule a live video car viewing:
- If you see a vehicle that interests you in the pictures, please feel free to contact our customer service to schedule a free live video viewing.
- Our sales consultants will show you every corner of the vehicle via live video at your request and answer all your questions in real time. You can specify any details you would like to see.
2. Specify detailed photos:
- If you have any concerns about a specific area (e.g., a minor scratch, wear and tear on the seat), please provide us with your order number or vehicle VIN, as well as the specific area you wish to inspect.
- We will take a high-resolution close-up photo or short video of the specified item for you within 24 hours and send it to you via email or social media.
What is the actual condition of the vehicle?
We promise that our descriptions of the vehicle's condition are absolutely truthful, transparent, and without any concealment. We understand that trust is the foundation of your transaction with us, therefore we use a combination of factual descriptions and supporting evidence to give you complete peace of mind.
- High-resolution real-shot photos/videos: All images and videos you see are recent real-shot photos, never replaced with official promotional images or old images. We specifically show close-up details of imperfections (scratches, dents, wear) to ensure that what you see is what you get.
- Professional Inspection Report: Each vehicle comes with a Vehicle Inspection Report issued by a third-party organization or our senior technicians, containing detailed data and conclusions on items such as body structure, paint, electromechanical systems, and chassis. This report is available for download and review.
- Maintenance and repair record inquiry: Where possible, we will provide the vehicle's maintenance and repair records so that you can clearly understand its history.
